Hello everyone and happy new year!

Let's kick this 2021 out with a great new total body workout! Can you think of a better way to start your Saturday? (😬)

You don't need anything other than a mat, water and willingness to smash the workout 💪🏻 if you have some resistance bands or weights, keep them by as you might want to use them to increase the intensity of the workout, but otherwise your body will be enough to work out with 😛

Notes:

- the workout will be held in English

- this is a neighbour-friendly workout, we will minimize jumping and running and prefer other types of cardio exercises

- please join the workout a couple of minutes before 9:45 so that we can start on time

- you can bring a guest to workout with you

- the workout costs 3€ which you can donate via Paypal. Any higher donation will be greatly appreciated, if you enjoyed the lesson 💙
